Support Chat now added

A support chat is now available in ACM!

We’ve added the possibility for you to chat directly with Adssets staff if you stumble upon any problems in ACM. By clicking on the chat icon in the lower right corner, the main chat menu opens up. From there you can choose to either talk to our staff directly or look through our knowledge base of ACM information.

The chat is open from 8:00 to 17:00 CET every weekday. Except for Swedish holidays, since our staff answering questions are located in Sweden. We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible!
During weekends the chat is closed and your questions will be addressed the closest upcoming workday.

In our Knowledge Base, you can find answers regarding frequently answered ACM questions. Most of the questions are answered in shorter, walkthrough videos. For the possibility to easily follow along in ACM yourself while watching the video. For more technical questions the answers are written directly in the chat window together with a video explaining where inside ACM the functionality can be found or altered.

So you’ll find the support chat available in ACM down in the lower right corner. Just click the chat icon to get started.
